Website inquiries
The inquiry form collects your name, email, project focus and project description. Company and phone details are optional. JIRO stores this information to assess and respond to your request. Access to inquiry records is limited to the relevant staff accounts.
Portfolio access
When you request a full project gallery, JAP stores your submitted email address, the initial project and service you selected, capture time and your optional follow-up choice. Authorized staff can review and export these access records. The address is unverified; entering it does not create an inquiry, an account or a subscription, and the access form sends no email.
Portfolio access lasts for up to two hours in the current server session. The session cookie carries an opaque access reference; your email is not stored in browser storage or placed in page URLs. Permission for JAP to contact you about a similar project is optional and is not required to view the gallery.
Records are kept separately from inquiries and reviewed manually by the JAP owner. Contact JAP using the address below to request review, correction or deletion of your information. Requests are handled manually; exported files and backup copies may need separate review.
Google Maps and directions
The contact page includes a Google Maps satellite map. It loads as you approach the contact section, connecting your browser to Google without requiring a click. Google receives connection information, including your IP address, and processes it under its own privacy policy.
The Get directions link opens Google Maps in a new tab. Following that link also connects your browser to Google.
